Cron’s menu bar calendar shows upcoming events and lets you take quick actions like “Join conferencing” and “Email participants”. The menu bar calendar lives next to the system clock and is visible even when the Cron main window isn’t.
Its appearance and functionality differ slightly between operating systems. Its behavior and global keyboard shortcut are configurable in Settings > Calendar > Menu bar.
On macOS, the menu bar calendar lives in the top right of your screen, next to the system clock.
On Windows, the menu bar calendar lives in the bottom-right system tray, next to the system clock.
<aside> 💡 You can hide calendars from the menu bar calendar. Select a calendar in the left-hand Cron menu, then toggle “Events included in menu bar” in the right-hand context panel. Hiding a calendar from the menu bar disables upcoming event notifications for this calendar.
